I had dry cupping therapy last week. This was a new treatment for me but I have had issues with shoulder mobility for a few months. I was surprised how little pain was involved as videos make it look like it should be. A surprisingly relaxing treatment which relieved a degree of shoulder pain, it will take time but Aliyah also gave me some mobility exercises to do. I would definitely have this treatment again and look forward to eventually having some increased mobility of my shoulders.
